Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.
Laurent Ladieswear reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse not caused by us.
How to Start a Return

Please do not send any items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return is completed.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laurentladieswear.com.

Replacement items are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Undelivered Packages
If your parcel appears lost:

We will assist with an investigation and provide a replacement or refund if loss is confirmed
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a $35 CAD processing and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations & Withdrawal Rights
Under Canadian consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your order is already on the way, you may initiate a return after delivery
