Order Confirmation & Policy Acceptance

By placing an order through the Laurent Ladieswear website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Return Policy.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you:

  • Have reviewed our return conditions and timelines

  • Will follow the return procedure described below

  • Accept that this policy and order records may be used as reference in case of a payment dispute or chargeback


Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and not washed

  • Products must be in original condition and original packaging

  • Items must show no signs of excessive handling

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days.
Laurent Ladieswear reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse not caused by us.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@laurentladieswear.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

    • Full name and delivery address

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item

Please do not send any items without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return is completed.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laurentladieswear.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Once verified:

  • We may offer a replacement, depending on stock and defect type

  • In some cases, return of the product may not be required

Replacement items are typically processed within 7–14 business days.


Lost, Refused, or Undelivered Packages

If your parcel appears lost:

  • Contact us with your order number and tracking details

  • We will assist with an investigation and provide a replacement or refund if loss is confirmed

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a $35 CAD processing and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.


Cancellations & Withdrawal Rights

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, you may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped

  • If your order is already on the way, you may initiate a return after delivery

  • To cancel before shipment, contact info@laurentladieswear.com as soon as possible

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Laurent Ladieswear first so we can resolve it quickly.

In the case of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide documentation to the payment processor, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping and tracking records

  • Email correspondence and submitted images

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect future purchase eligibility.


Additional Information

  • Approved returns are shipped to our central fulfillment warehouse in Asia

  • Return shipping costs are not covered

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or clearance problems

  • Hygiene-related items returned in used condition will not be accepted

  • Returns are not free; shipping and handling fees apply
